You can fax or mail the forms and materials to us when completed. One of our agents will be personally assigned to your request. Your assigned agent will request quotes for plans available in your area. When we receive your proposals back from the insurance carriers, your agent will either fax or mail them to you and go over your options with you answering any questions you may have. It usually takes up to 10 days for quotes to be returned to us depending on the number of insurance companies involved. Individual dental plans are available for online enrollment on a per-person basis only. The only payment option is by credit or debit card. Group dental quotes can be requested much the same way as group health quotes as discussed above.
